These Terms govern your use of PM Strategy Advisor. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read and agreed to them.
By creating an account and checking the acceptance box at registration, you enter into a binding agreement with PM Strategy Advisor (operated by Deepak Kumar, Belgium). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the service. Continued use following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
PM Strategy Advisor is an AI-powered decision-support tool that provides strategic frameworks, scenario preparation, and advisory perspective for project and programme managers. It is designed to help users think through high-stakes decisions - not to replace the judgement of qualified professionals. The service delivers outputs based on inputs you provide; the quality and applicability of those outputs depend on the accuracy and completeness of what you share.
Nothing produced by PM Strategy Advisor constitutes legal, financial, regulatory, HR, compliance, or professional project/programme management certification advice. Outputs are strategic perspective based on the context you provide. They are not a substitute for:

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PM Strategy Advisor expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular output will be suitable for your situation or produce any particular result.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
PM Strategy Advisor's total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amounts you have paid for the service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim, or (b) fifty euros (€50). This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, and even if PM Strategy Advisor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
In no event shall PM Strategy Advisor, its founder, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, loss of goodwill, reputational harm, programme or project failure, or professional consequences - even if PM Strategy Advisor has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.
You retain full professional and personal responsibility for all programme, project, and career decisions you make. You acknowledge that: (a) you have reviewed any output critically before acting on it; (b) you have obtained independent professional advice where appropriate; (c) your decision to act on any output from PM Strategy Advisor is entirely your own. PM Strategy Advisor is a thinking aid, not a decision-maker.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PM Strategy Advisor and its founder, officers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any decision or action you take based on outputs from the service.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - you retain access for the remainder of the paid period. We do not offer refunds for partial months or for periods already used. Founding Member pricing is locked for the life of your subscription, provided your account remains active and in good standing. Payment is processed by Paddle; PM Strategy Advisor does not store your payment card details.
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we determine your use poses a risk to the service or other users. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 13 of these Terms survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Belgium, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the law of your country of residence within the European Union.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.
